Naomi Elaine Campbell is an English model who was recruited at the age of 15 and established herself among the top three most in-demand models of the late 1980s and the 1990s.
Campbell was also dubbed as one of the six models of her generation declared as supermodels by the fashion industry.
The 47-year-old supermodel has been in a few relationship and was once engaged to U2 bassist Adam Clayton, but they eventually broke up.
In 1998, she dated 'Formula One' racing head Flavio Briatore, but their on-again-off-again relationship ended in 2003.
Until now, the supermodel remained single and childless, and it has been reported that she is now ready to have kids.
According to Express, Campbel considered adoption, but now she is contemplating of having the baby herself.
In an interview with Wendy Williams on 'The Wendy Williams Show,' Campbell talked about her yearning for her own kids and said it was always on her mind.
In a separate talk with ES Magazine, she revealed:
'I think about having children all the time. But now with the way science is I think I can do it when I want.'
When asked about how she would have the baby, she hinted that she might be carrying the child herself rather than adopt.
Campbell also admitted that she doesn't want to bring up the child alone and is determined to find the right man when she said:
'I do want a father figure. I think it's important.'
