The images, songs and shows put up by the artistes are usually patronized by the fans, creating an appeal for the work of the artiste.
Sarkodie attributed his nomination into the prestigious Music of Music of Black Origin (MOBO) Awards to his fans, saying that they have played a huge role in this latest development.
In appreciating the input of his fans, he claimed that “everyone knows that I'm still here cos I got the Best following SarkNation”.
Sarkodie has been nominated into the ‘Best African Act’ category, and would be competing with Davido, Eugy, Juls, Maleek Berry, Mr Eazi, Tekno, Tiwa Savage, Wande Coal, and Wizkid for the prize.
