Shatta Wale was recently in the news as a result of his birthday celebration.
A few days before the event, he allegedly tweeted at president Akufo-Addo to remind him of the date.
The president’s response, which was in Pidgin, caught the attention of a substantial number of people, who debated at length, at the appropriateness or otherwise of the tweet.
Shatta Wale is again reported to be eyeing a Land Cruiser from the presidency. Whether or not it would be granted is still a matter of debate.
The leader of the Shatta Movement, has in the latest message, revealed his intention to embark on a campaign.
His objective is simple; to encourage Ghanaians to do their bit to lessen the load of expectations on the current administration.
He has cautioned Ghanaians against constantly blaming the government for every challenge encountered sin this country.
According to him, the president isn’t God, and as such, we can always do our bit to promote the welfare of Ghanaians.
He has indicated his intention to hit the streets soon, in order to further drum home his message.
