- The NDC deputy chairperson threatened to deal with the journalist for his allegations
- She says her life is being ruined due to his statements
The National Vice chairperson of the National Democratic Congress, Anita Desoso was caught in a confrontation with an Accra-based Hot FM journalist over some allegations leveled against her.
Anita stormed the studios of the radio station to demand answers from the journalist, following a report he made about the kidnapping and killing of orphans, and other nefarious activities by politicians.
The journalist Justice Kwaku Annan who is also the host of Hot FM’s current Affairs program, “Ghana Must Know”, had earlier reported that some influential people in the country, including politicians were involved in the ritual killings of orphans.
He alleged that these top officials have enlisted the help of workers at the Osu Children's Home to aid the syndicate in carry outing out their horrific activities, where the orphans are lured out of the Home under the pretext of them getting adopted but end up getting sacrificed at a village called Katapor, in Accra.
Justice Annan further alleged that the likes of Anita Desoso among others, were also involved in illegally acquiring lands in Katapor, near Amasaman, with the help of land guards.
However, in a video captured by Ghanaweb.com, the NDC chairperson has decried the allegations that she is involved, and confronted the journalist over it.
Anita Desoso was livid, to the point of tears stating the journalist’s claims are destroying her life and her reputation.
According to Antia, instead of meeting with her to get her story, the journalist went ahead to make such allegations that is now ruining her life and her name; and she threatened to “deal” him accordingly.
