- The man of God claims God has suddenly changed His mind
- The prophet was arrest for predicting president's death and is battling for his freedom in court
The man of God who was recently dragged to court for predicting death of President Robert Mugabe now claims God has changed his mind about death of the 93-year-old leader.
Prophet Philip Muguzada has been a man under siege since his prophecy on the demise of the Zimbabwean president, who going by the pastor’s prediction should be dead by now. He was to die on 17th October 2017. What happened?
“God changed His mind and I don’t know why. I know many people were expecting the fulfillment of the prophetic word‚ because of what is happening in this country,"claims Pastor Muguzada.
The man of God has been fighting for his freedom in court, with the help of lawyers, who argue that the case against him should be thrown out on the ground that it’s violating the pastor’s freedom of speech.
The prosecutor, however, insist that Pastor Muguzada’s remarks were tantamount to insult to the Christian religion and African tradition.
The prosecutor also argues that it’s a taboo in Africa to predict or wish for death of a leader.
