Ghana’s political landscape continues to mature by the day especially as political leaders from both divides publicly express their friendship for each other.

President of the republic, Nana Addo had recently organised a special ceremony for the legal team that represented Ghana at the International Tribunal of the Law of the Sea (ITLOS).
Nana Addo took the time to thank both the NPP and NDC governments for the collaborative effort in ensuring that Ghana secures a win over the drilling and exploration of oil especially on the TEN fields.
Former attorney general under the NDC administration, Marietta Brew Oppong has revealed that working with her successor, Gloria Akufo remains one of the greatest experiences ever relished during her tenure as attorney general and that she continues to see her as a dear sister.
The event was especially colourful when the former president Rawlings and is wife, Konadu Rawlings graced the occasions sharing pleasantries with the president and other government officials.
In a seven point unanimous decision, the tribunal chaired by President of the Special Chamber, Judge Boualem Bouguettaya declared that Ghana did not violate Ivory Coast's maritime boundary or any articles of the ITLOS.
