The alleged spiritualist behind Kumawood actor, Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has finally rendered an apology to all Kumawood stars.
Top Kay who is said to be the right hand man of Lilwin says it was not his deliberate plans to humiliate his colleague actors with his songs.
The actor who doubles as a fetish priest, together with Lilwin and another movie producer have called on the Chief Executive of Miracle Films, Samuel Nyamekye where they requested him to intercede on their behalf.
“Musicians sing about real life stories and I may sing a song that may appear to be directed at somebody but frankly speaking, I did not write the song with anybody in mind. More so, I did not mention anybody’s name in the song but if anybody in the industry feels offended, I apologize”, Top Kay said.
The fetish priest also clarified that Lilwin was not the one behind the song as being speculated in Kumawood.
“Lilwin cannot write songs. All the songs I have done were composed by me and Zak [Lilwin’s manager]. And why would I sing to create confuse in an industry where my best friend depends to survive?”, he quizzed.
Kwadwo Nkansah on his part insisted that he didn’t know anything about the song until it was released.
He added that, “I have known Top Kay for years now and that’s his style of music, I believe he did not mean any harm but some bloggers who want traffic on their blogs may have twisted the aim behind the story, hence the controversy surrounding it”.
Lilwin added that he and Top Kay were friends back in the days, even before he became fetish priest so he finds no reason to shun him.
“We have pastors befriending juju men in this country and so I see no reason why our differences in religion should destroy my friendship with him", he said.
