The details of a report filed by citifmonline.com revealed that their arrests follow a clash between Abola Piam We (Clan) and some youths believed to have been sent by Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru II.

The 4 persons besieged a venue of a press conference organized by the Abola Piam We (the royal house).

There was a heavy police presence as the ceremony was ongoing.

Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru II was on Monday 23rd October 2017, installed by the Ga Traditional Council as the new Ga Mantse at the North-Kaneshie Palace of the Ga State.

This has been contested by the Abola Piam We who later inducted Nii Adama Latse II as Ga Mantse.

It (Abola Piam We) claims it has the right to ensure the installation of a Ga Mantse.
