A recent report has it that the Acting Director of the Ghana Police Service's Criminal Investigations Department (CID), Maame Tiwaa Addo-Danquah has been given yet another promotion.
Actiing Direction of CID, ACP Maame Tiwaa Addo-Danquah, who recently took over command of the CID after its former boss was directed to proceed on leave before the expected date of January 3rd, 2018. ACP Maame Tiwaa Addo Danuah, is reportedly in-line to be promoted to the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCOP).
Though recently embroiled in controversy in relation to popular musician A Plus' corruption accusations against two Deputy Chief of staffs at the presidency, ACP Maame Tiwaa Addo Danquah is an academically accomplished officer with years of experience with the Ghana Police Service including being the administrator of the Police Hospital.

She also possess international peacekeeping experience, having been on a peacekeeping mission to Kosovo, where she was the Logistic and Finance Officer for Missing Persons Unit.
She is also a certified accountant capable of practicing in jurisdictions including Ghana and the United Kingdom.
According to reports, ACP Maame Tiwaa Addo-Danquah will remain in her current rank up until the date of November 1st, when she officially takes on the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police.
