The First Lady, Mrs Rebecca Akufo-Addo on Saturday joined some members of the Infanta Malaria Prevention Foundation (IMPF), to raise funds in building CHPS compound in Northern regional capital, Tamale.

Mrs Rebecca Akufo-Addo who doubles as the chairperson of IMPF spent the evening at a musical concert hosted by the foundation at the Banquet Hall, in Accra.
The Foundation which aims at providing community-based health planning services are on a mission to improve quality health delivery across the country.
The IMPF through the office of the First Lady staged the musical concert to raise revenue from the proceeds of the event.
Mrs Rebecca Akufo-Addo who was inspired by the hard work and focus of the foundation graced the evening and also raised funds through ticket sales.
This is not the first time the foundation is embarking on such health related programmes.
IMPF is also noted for organizing health campaigns and also supporting various health institutions with donations across the country.
