The singer performed all four moves one after another as a circuit, repeating the circuit four times for each workout.

Besides these grueling workout sessions, Jackson took on the challenge of dieting with a clean eating plan. She is also said to have gone on a juice diet at one point. Another claim is that she turned to a super cleanse diet to achieve the success.
