A cheeky seven-year-old girl in Geneva, Switzerland ran away from her parents, took a train to the airport and boarded a plane without a ticket.
The girl, who can't be named because she's a minor, managed to slip away from her parents near Geneva's central railway station on Sunday, October 29.
She then took a one-stop train ride to the airport and went through the security gates by pretending to be the child of adults around her.
In a statement, the airport said the girl's first attempt to board a plane failed after she was turned back. She further pretended to look for her parents and melted into the crowd.
She managed to get into a plane on her second attempt but a cabin crew member spotted her and handed her to the police. She was later reunited with her parents.
Airport spokesperson Bertrand Staempfli said safety rules and boarding procedures will be tightened following the incident. He said: "This should never have happened."
