The host got the opener in the 49th minute when Mohamed Salah blast a brilliant shot into the left side of the goal after being released inside the box by a superb lofted pass from Trent Alexander-Arnold.
The Reds doubled their lead in the 64th minute. Emre Can gets a shot away from the edge of the box and slots it into the bottom right corner. James Milner provided an assist for the goal.
Daniel Sturridge got the 3rd goal for the host in the 90th minute as he swerve a brilliant low shot into the middle of the goal after being released inside the box by a superb lofted pass from Alberto Moreno.
