- Mr. Donkor Fuseini says NPP leadership prepared their youth for war prior to 2016 polls
- Says the youth were schooled in the arts of weapons handling to cause violence if the party lost the 2016 general elections
Mr. Donkor Fuseini, a former District Chief Executive (DCE) for Sekyere Affram Plains District in the Ashanti Region, has accused President of Akuffo Addo of grooming members of the party to perpetrate the violence now being witnessed in the country.
According to the former DCE, prior to the hotly contested 2016 general elections, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) leadership contemplated violence if it turned out that the party lost the 2016 general elections, and groomed the party's youth accordingly.
The former DCE stated that the then opposition party - including the then flag-bearer - "prepared their youth for war" and thus isn't surprised that the very same youth are now attacking state institutions to vent their demand for jobs.
