On her Facebook wall, Diamond Appiah stated that Mahama became president merely as a result of the late president Mills’ death.

According to www.ghanacelebrities.com, she went on to say that Mahama has no right to criticize the sitting president, Nana Akufo-Addo.

The former president has been subjected to verbal attacks with respect to his speech in which he appeared to have compared president Akufo-Addo and his appointees to pigs.

This was during the Unity Walk organized by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Cape Coast on Sunday 5th November 2017.
