- Arsenal's next Premier League clash is against rivals Tottenham
- Star striker Olivier Giroud has picked up a knock ahead of the clash
- He suffered the knock in France training
Arsenal have been dealt an injury scare after star striker Olivier Giroud appeared to pick up a knock during France training.
The North London club striker was seen clutching his leg during a session at Clairefontaine on Monday night.
He is thought to have carried on with the session but it remains to be seen if he will be in action against Wales on Friday, reports Football.London.
Although Giroud has struggled for regular first-team football at the Emirates this season, he has been a key figure in helping Les Blues qualify for next year's World Cup in Russia.
After taking on Chris Coleman's Welsh side, Les Bleus travel to Germany four days later as they step up their preparations for next year's tournament.
Wenger will also have his fingers crossed that Giroud does not need to spend time on the sidelines, especially with games against Spurs and Manchester United coming up in the next few weeks.
