Dr Adusei is to appear before the court on November 21, 2017, to answer questions on why the full details of the autopsy report on JB Danquah have since not been submitted to the Ghana Police Service.

Police investigators handling the murder case are said to be struggling with their investigations since autopsy report had not been released, 21 months after the MP was murdered.

Reports state, Dr Adusei was first ordered by the same court on October 10, 2017, to release the autopsy report to support police investigations.

However, the Court order has not been carried out by the pathologist for unknown reasons.

DSP George Amegah, the police prosecutor on Friday, told the court that the autopsy report had still not been submitted to the police by Dr Adusei.

Dr Adusei is the same pathologist who worked on the late Major Maxwell Adam Mahama's body.

It could be recalled that another District Court in Accra, presided over by, Mr Ebenezer Kweku Ansah, on October 26, 2017, also ordered Dr Adusei to release the autopsy report on the military officer to the police.
