A representative of the church, Obofo Gabriel, also an elder, says the Empress’s latest song ‘Ebibinwom’ and its video remains the property of the church.
The song ‘Ebibinwom’ is on Gifty Osei’s ‘Ebenezer’ album which she released recently.
According to Obofo Gabriel, the gospel musician used the lyrics of the song as well its pictorial illustrations in her video without first seeking the church’s permission.
This, he said, has caused ‘Angels’ of the church to be very angry with the gospel diva.

He explained that ‘Ebibidwom’ is a highly spiritual song which invokes the presence of Angels anytime and anywhere it is sang.
The presence of the Angels, according to the church elder, is realized upon the many instant miracles that happen in the church when the song is being performed.
Therefore, it is wrong for the gospel diva to use the song that way without being given the nod to do so, Obofo Gabriel stated.
In an interview with Nii Attractive, a blogger, Obofo Gabriel revealed that Angels have appeared to him to warn Gifty Osei of her dubious act.

The Angels, according to him, are not happy and have directed that the gospel musician must undergo a spiritual cleansing.
This, he said, will help avert any calamity that is set to befall Gifty Osei.
He warned that Gifty Osei must see the head of the church as soon as possible for the spiritual cleansing.
Failure on her part to do so, Nakaba church (also known as Awoyo) will have a crunch meeting and decide what further action to take against the gospel musician, Obofo Gabriel disclosed.
