Former Ghanaian international football player, Mr. Anthony Baffoe, has expressed gratitude for his new appointment as CAF's (Confederation of African Football) new Secretary General in Charge of Development.
According to Anthony Baffoe, he worked very hard to achieve his new position as Deputy General Secretary in Charge of Football and Development.
In a tweet announcing his new position in African football management, Mr. Anthony Baffoe expressed that there's no shortcut to attaining success, and that God's time is always best.

Mr. Anthony Baffoe has made great strides in his life after he officially retired from playing football. Regardless of his move to retire from playing football, Mr. Baffoe has remained connected to the "beautiful game" and has had important roles in football management.
Prior to his recent appointment, he was a FIFA General coordinator, having supervised major tournaments including the FIFA World Cup.
