He stated that the jinx became a blessing and resulted in his overnight success.
Tic Tac recently won a court case against Melcom Limited.
The company was charged with illegally using the artiste’s image for promotional activities. They were fined GHc300,000 by the court.
On 18th November 2017, Tic Tac granted an interview to DJ Premier on Accra100.5FM’s Entertainment Capital.
He revealed that he owed his present success to a curse pronounced on him by Shatta Wale.
“If you say God should punish me, I’m a child of God and, yes, he has punished me with GHS300k overnight. He said that and I think a day after, I got the judgement,” he said.
Tic Tac went on to say that Shatta Wale is nowhere near his level. “I created history back in the day in Nigeria”, he added.
He again said that inasmuch as Shatta Wale brags of his success, they cannot be compared.
The veteran music artiste further stated that Shatta Wale should come to him for lessons on how to be successful in life.
In his opinion, the dancehall artiste shows gross disrespect, and as such needs to change his ways.
