Kwadwo Asare-Baffour Acheampong, popularly known as KABA, was a noted Asempa FM presenter whose death stunned the nation this week.
The host of the ‘Eko Sii Sen’ current affairs programme, died in the early hours of Saturday, November 18, after a short illness.
A memorial was held for the deceased journalist on Monday, which saw attendance from friends and colleagues from various media houses, as well some notable politicians from the ruling and opposition parties.
TV host Afia Schwarzenegger, who was heartbroken by the death of the ace broadcaster, on Tuesday, went to offer her condolences at the premises of Joy FM and signed the book of condolence for the late journalist.
Afia in a post via Instagram, was seen interacting with other media personalities who were there to mourn their lost friend.
She managed to get a few words in with sports journalist Countryman Songo, who seemed to look somewhat better, after grief nearly drove him over the edge on Monday.
According to Prophet Badu Kobi, he had prophesied that a popular Ghanaian journalist will pass away, which leave the entire nation in a state of shock and sorrow.
Prophet Kobi said he recently met the late KABA at the Joy FM studio, and disclosed to him the prophecy that death was waiting for him (KABA), and asked the journalist to meet with him to ask for God’s intervention in his vision.
