We could simply not leave it behind.
It had to follow us everywhere we went.
We had all of our latest songs on it.
We had no immediate use of computers and pendrives.
This was what we went for, when we needed movies to watch.
We regularly exchanged these during class hours.
They usually had cryptic messages in them
For more "open" communication forms, we used letters.
In some instances, we had to choose preferred letter pads and envelopes.
It was all a matter of branding.
