Tic Tac has revealed how comments made by Shatta Wale some months back on Delay show is still hurting him.
In that interview held in July, Shatta Wale described Tic Tac as not a smart musician.
He further listed three other Ghanaian artistes who according to him are poor because of some mistakes they made in the past.
He mentioned K.K Fosu; Ex-Doe and Kokoveli.
According to the self-acclaimed Dancehall King, those artistes were not smart when they started music.
He continued that the four artistes were not business-minded with their career.
Therefore, they are poor today, Shatta Wale added.
He went on to say that that due to their lack of smartness, some of them – Kokoveli; K.K. Fosu and Ex-Doe are ‘dead’ musicians.
Even Tic Tac’s relevance is not felt in the music industry anymore, he said.
Shatta Wale then added that he is the only person amongst his contemporaries who has succeeded in making fortunes out of music.
Therefore, any interested musician can come to him for lessons on how to be smart in making money from music, he boasted.
Sadly, four months after Shatta Wale has made these comments, Tic Tac is still brooding over them.
The ‘Philomena’ hit maker in an interview on Hitz FM on Wednesday disclosed that Shatta’s unsavoury comments hit him badly.
“His comments hit me very badly. I felt really down for the first time in my life. And I am deeply hurt,” Tic Tac disclosed.
He took exception to the ‘Forgetti’ hit maker’s comments that he is poor and not smart.
he said everyone can testify that he is one of the successful artistes in Ghana's music history.
Tic Tac recounted how he had on countless occasions stood by Shatta Wale.
Therefore he feels hurt that Shatta Wale has become ungrateful towards him.
Tic Tac used the opportunity to call for unity in the Ghana Music Industry.
He urged all industry players to work at being in peace with each other.
