Shut up - Angry family of KABA blast 'loud mouth' Multimedia workers

- KABA's family is not happy with the speculations being made by his colleagues and friends about his death

- They are warning the Multimedia workers to desist from making these comments to the public

Angry family members of the late Asempa FM broadcaster, Kwadwo Asare Baffour Acheampong aka KABA, have fired at some workers of Multimedia over their ‘loose comments’ about the death of their relative.

The family members say they are not happy with some Multimedia staff about their alleged speculations surrounding the death of their son.

Barely 72 hours after KABA’s death, some aggrieved colleagues took to various social media platforms, to make comments that suggest he did not die a natural death.

A member of the family, George Darko, was speaking on Kasapa FM on Friday, when he lamented that such conduct shows gross insensitivity to the late KABA.

“At this very difficult time when we’re still finding it difficult to come to terms with KABA’s demise, people must stop immediately”, George Darko said.

Mr Darko further stated, "To be very frank with you, the family is not happy with what some of his colleagues and friends are doing. This is because KABA is a Christian, and we don’t go behind the scenes to look for what might have caused our relative's death. Some people are saying he died from stress, hypertension, diabetes, juju is not true".

The host of Asempa FM's 'Eko Sii Sen' show, was rushed to the Korle-Bu teaching hospital for emergency care after a short illness.

However, he was pronounced dead in early hours of Saturday, November 18, 2017.

Though doctors are yet to release the autopsy report on his death, rumors are rife the popular journalist died after his sugar level went dangerously low.

Other unconfirmed reports also claim that KABA died as a result of an enlarged heart and kidney infections.
