Unconfirmed reports reaching YEN.com.gh indicate that Harry Adjoa Yeboah Asuamah Omo, popularly known as Adom FM presenter Ohemaa Woyeje, is facing sanctions from the Multimedia Group.
This development follows the conduct of the radio presenter regarding some comments she made after the death of Kwadwo Asare Baffour Acheampong, a.k.a KABA.
Asempa FM’s ‘Eko Sii Sen’ host passed away in the early hours of Saturday, November 18 at the Korle-Bu hospital in Accra.
Not much is known about the cause of the broadcaster's death as the hospital is yet to release the autopsy report, however, there have been some speculations that the journalist died from stress-related conditions.
Just a few days after the memorial held for the late journalist at the premises of Joy FM in Accra, Ohemaa Woyeje took to her Facebook page, to accuse an unknown employee of Multimedia of being the cause of KABA’s death.
Though Ohemaa mentioned no names, she fumed that this staff member was pretending to mourn KABA when she (the said staff member) frustrated KABA on several occasions.
"I saw this same woman on Monday with her legs and waist like mine looking all mourning, going up and down just to appear in the cameras and pretending to have lost a loved colleague. Why didn’t she sleep and pop champagne to celebrate news of his demise?” Ohemaa asked.
In a new post on Friday, Ohemaa 'added fuel to the fire' when she posted o Facebook :”BETTER TO LOSE YOUR JOB THAN LOSE YOUR LIFE!!!”
The issue gets more heated as most of her followers on Facebook, quizzed her about why she was absent from her show on Thursday and Friday.
