Many Ghanaians across the world have been gutted by the sudden death of Asempa FM broadcast journalist, Kwadwo Asare Baffour Acheampong (KABA).
Emotions are high and have virtually taken over mourners who turned up to commemorate the one week observation for the journalist.
Some close family members, media colleagues and sympathizes were spotted weeping uncontrollably over his sudden demise.
The Multimedia journalist according to reports reported for his normal duties on Thursday and passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017 after a short illness.
Reports say he was rushed to the Korle-Bu teaching hospital for an emergency care but was pronounced dead.
Though the cause of his death is yet to be known, rumors are rife the journalist died of low sugar and an enlarged heart and kidney.
The respected broadcast journalist was the host of Asempa FM’s political show, ‘Ekosi Sen’.
Before KABA joining the Multimedia Group, he worked with an Accra-based Top Radio.
KABA left behind a widow, Valentina Ofori Afriyie and a seven months old baby.
