Veteran Ghanaian actor, Mr. Akwesi Asamoah, known to Ghanaians as Bi Akwes, has given a hilarious tribute to the late Kwadwo Asare Baffour Acheampong (KABA) during the latter's one week celebration.

Speaking at the one week celebration of the late broadcast journalist, the Kumawood celebrity related that KABA was one person who played a big role in his [Big Akwe's] current success. Adding that KABA's death has caused him great pain.

Having chosen to respond to questions in English as opposed to his native Twi language, the Kumawood actor visibly had a hard time responding to's questions, even though he seemed resolute to soldier-on in the English language. The result turned out to be something quite funny on a day that saw many shed tears for someone who was loved by most.

The late comer of my uncle slit top is tragedy, simply because he himself introduced me to Accra. Unfortunately, she is no more so it gives me pains, that is my emotion”, said the Kumawood actor somewhat hilariously.

Obviously a little confused as to how to use the word widower, Big Akwes went on to give a little advice to the late broadcast journalist's wife.

The widower, his wife and you said the window?....the windower should exercise patient, God give, God take,” said Big Akwes.

Bi Akwes eventually said speaking in English isn't all that easy for him, and chose to express himself in his native Twi after a colleague finally came to his rescue.
