As white weddings go in Ghana, couples are usually expected to go eat something exotic at their reception.
But for this newly wedded couple, they chose to stick to what they are probably used to, a local delicacy.
In their beautiful wedding apparel (suit and gown), they ate a bowl of fufu and they did so in an earthenware pot (asanka or apotoyowa).
Immediately pictures of them hit the internet, you knew it was definitely going to generate some buzz.
For some social media commentators, the rare choice of food for the husband and wife at their wedding reception was admirable and praiseworthy.
Others, however, felt it was inappropriate and inconveniencing.
