Kidi’s song ‘Odo’, is undoubtedly one of the most popular songs of 2017.
But Ghanaian actress Luckie Lawson feels the lyrics of the song is childish and has taken to social media to poke some fun at the singer.
A line in the song has Kidi going like 'Odo nti mewu aa 3ny3 hwee" which literally translates as "It's okay if I die because of love".
This part of the song, according to Luckie, is a 'high school' vibe and shows Kidi is immature.
“Kidi so you said because of love if you die it’s nothing. That’s high school talk. OK. You wait, if you grow, then you will know love is foolishness. You will say Luckie said it,” the actress posted on Facebook.
Kidi released Odo in July and it became so successful that he released a remix which features Davido and Mayorkun less than four months later.
Luckie may be a fan of the tune, but she is definitely not satisfied with the lyrics.
