Respected Ghanaian songstress, Evangelist Diana Asamoah has opened up for the first time about how some ‘Men of God’ branded her a ‘witch’ some years ago when she was a seamstress.
According to the gospel singer, she used to mock some self-acclaimed pastors who spoke in fake 'tongues' anytime they came to preach at her workplace.
According to a report by Blogger Zionfelix, the renowned gospel singer disclosed that some of the pastors desperately spoke in tongues when praying and the act was so new to her.
Diana Asamoah in her interview, stated that some of the pastors who were actually not happy about her continued mockery deceived her boss into believing that she is a ‘witch’.
The respected Evangelist added that due to the pastor’s false accusations, she was forced on countless occasions to follow her boss for church prayers to prove her innocence.
This she says infuriated her, and she did attend the church service at one point to put her accusers to shame
“A pastor named Quaye said he was going to cast out the demonic spirit but failed because there was none in me," she said.
Evangelist Diana Asamoah has been a pillar in Ghana’s gospel industry close for to 20 years and has several albums to her credit.
Diana Asamoah has been slated to headline Abba Father Gospel Concert under the auspices of the Presidency, which comes off Sunday, December 3, at the Accra International Conference Center.
