Ghanaian hip life musician, Nana Kwaku Okyere Duah, popularly called Tic Tac has landed a new music performance deal with Ayalolo Bus company.
Beginning December 4, the ‘Philomina’ hit maker is expected to be on board Ayalolo branded buses to thrill passengers with music performances.
This, according to TicTac, forms part of his preparations to launch his 7th album.
The upcoming album titled ‘Mama Grace’ is to honour Tic Tac’s mother, he said.
At the same time, Tic Tac’s engagement with Ayalolo is to mark the one year anniversary of Ayalolo since it started operations.
According to a Customer Service Executive, Ms Sandra Ayikailey Chani, the Ayalolo bus service commutes about 10,000 passengers on daily basis.
Therefore, passengers who will be on board with the ‘Mmaa Formula’ singer will get free CDs and other Aayalolo souvenirs.
Additionally, Tic Tac’s new songs and videos would be played to entertain passengers as he engages them on the bus.
From Monday, December 4, commuters from the Amasaman Ayalolo Bus terminal to Tudu will see Tic Tac face to face as he performs in the bus.
He will also be on board with performance for a return trip in the evening.
Tic Tac will extend the same gesture to passengers plying the Ofankor-Tudu road on December 5.
Then on December 6, Achimota passengers will take their turn to cruise with Tic Tac from the Achimota terminal to Tudu.
Speaking at the press launch, Tic Tac said he considers it an honour to interact with passengers and his fans.
He said he is looking forward to fun times with Ayalolo passengers.
He further urged those who are not signed onto Ayalolo to get their cards so they could join in the fun.
