Ghana’s music industry has over the years witnessed many great talented artistes and talents. However, some of these artistes have not benefited fully from their hard work due to some factors.
All over the world, great and season musicians experience their peak season in their career and also have their falls.
Whiles others also get knock off their feet as a results of industry competition and other external pressures.
In Ghana today, the secular music industry has become lucrative and also competitive, forcing artistes to devise more innovative approach to stay relevant.
Many musicians over the period have played their cards well and are now dinning with big corporate entities as well as hitting the juicy gigs from the ‘Big Shows’.
However, there are some talented artistes who have worked hard over the years but still don't get their names on the ‘Big Shows’ around the city.
Though this does not measure their success or otherwise, some fans argue their names deserve some spaces on the ‘Big Shows’.
