- Family of the late Kwadwo Asare Baffour Acheampong has thanked Ghanaians for their support since the death of their son
- The family has also thanked individuals and groups who have made donations so far
- So far, over 70 individuals together with groups have made cash and cheque donations
The family of the late ‘Ekosii Sen’ presenter, Kwadwo Asare Baffour Acheampong (KABA), has expressed their profound gratitude to some Ghanaians.
These are groups and individuals who made donations at the one-week celebration of KABA in Accra on November 25.
The spokesperson for the Family, Elder George Nyarko, indicated that the family feels loved by the outpour of support from Ghanaians.
Some of the donors are: former President kufour; Asamoah Gyan, Ibrahim Mahama, Class Media Group; Despite Group of Companies; Chamber of Petroleum Com; Kotoko Football Club and Hon. Titus Glover, just to mention a few out of the nearly 80 names on the list of donors.
Kwadwo Asare Baffour Acheampong died on November 18, 2017 after a short illness.
He is expected to be laid in state on December 15 and buried on December 16,2017.
KABA lived behind a wife, Valerie Ofori Afriyie and a seven-month old baby.
