Popular Ghanaian musician, Kwame Asare Obeng, better known as A Plus, has advised movie actor, John Dumelo, to refrain from pretenses.
His comments are as a result of an image John Dumelo recently shared on social media.
In the image, Dumelo is seen queuing in an attempt to buy banku and okro stew.
The picture sparked a lot of debate on social media.
In a report by www.mynewsgh.com, A Plus noted that the act was politically-motivated as he (Dumelo) did not really want to eat the meal.
The music artiste further stated that Ghanaians appreciate honesty , but not people with fake lives.

He therefore asked the actor and political activist to be himself, and refrain from acts that may send the wrong signals to Ghanaians.
A Plus, in the message posted on Facebook, stated that John Dumelo’s actions were fueled by political ambitions.
He added that there was a similar act by former Accra Mayor, Alfred Oko Vanderpuije, who is now the member of Parliament (MP) for the Ablekuma South constituency.
“Just be you. When you are real, people will love you for who you are and will even make you president of Ghana. E no hair braiding, banku turning and chop bar chopping”, A Plus stated.
