Ghanaian hiplife artiste, Article Wan known in real life as Bright Homenya has recounted the bitter experience he had to go through on the night he was billed to perform at the S Concert.

In a report sighted by YEN.com.gh on ghanafuo.com, the “Solo” hit maker indicated that the S Concert event organizers did not provide himself and his team with passes to allow them enter the Accra Sports Stadium to perform.

He revealed that he arrived at the stadium only to park his car and join the long queue of patrons to be able to get access into the stadium to be able to perform.

Article Wan went on to reveal that there was a squabble in the queue which forced security men for the event to step in to restore order. He said one of the security men, in a bid to get the attendees of the show to stay in line, used his belt on him.

The musician said he was hit in the neck by the belt and it felt very embarrassing. He added that it was only after the action had occurred that he was recognized by the security detail as Article Wan.

He said the security man immediately ‘went on his knees’ in a bid to apologize for his action but he revealed that the harm had already been done.

The “Faya burn dem” song maker later added that he engaged in a barter trade with EIB Network and so there was no payment for his services.

Article Wan later bemoaned that at the end of the event and the ordeal he encountered, his car developed a fault and so he had to push it.
