Prodigal, a member of Hiplife trio, VVIP has continued his shade on Shatta Wale over the latter’s comments during the recent S Concert held at the Accra Sports stadium last Friday.

Speaking in an interview with Andy Dosty on Accra-based Hitz FM, the musician indicated that Shatta Wale’s mum was not as pretty as other women that is why he kept insulting the mothers of other artistes.

He revealed that at first he thought Shatta Wale’s mum was a man wearing a wig. To be specific, Prodigal said he thought Shatta Wale’s mum was actually Shatta Capo (Shatta Wale’s dad) wearing a wig over his head.

Prodigal said he saw Shatta Wale’s mum for the first time when Shatta Wale posted a picture of his mum on her birthday; an occasion on which he gifted her a car.

Shatta Wale recorded a video of himself with his mum on her birthday and she recounted how happy and proud she was of her son. She also expressed her joy over her new gift.

Prodigal went on to reveal that he was going to forgive Shatta Wale for insulting other people’s mothers. He however retorted that if, Shatta Wale’s mum was a bit pretty, he would have insulted her too.a

The self-acclaimed king of dancehall music in Ghana and music group VVIP have been engaged in a war of words after happenings at the recent S Concert organized by Bola Ray’s EIB Network.

The “Taking Over” hit maker is believed to have ‘disrespected’ some experienced artistes including Tic Tac and music trio, VVIP.

In one of the responses coming from the camp of “Koliko” hit makers, prodigal revealed that they (VVIP) were not going to entertain Shatta Wale on the same stage at any event in Ghana.
