Ghanaian hip-hop artiste, D-black, has landed heavlily on a fan who questioned his creativity while comparing him to Prodigal of VVIP.
The fan by name Amazing Raheem posted on D-Black’s twitter page asking the question: “Ok so Prodigal and D-Black who e shaa pass?”
The fan sought to know by his question that between D-Black and Pordigal, who is not performing well as a musician.
However, this question didn’t go down well with D-Black and his response to the fan’s question indicates that he was hurt.
He responded “E be [you], your step father and your grandmomie in daughter sia.”
In responding, D-Black was telling the fan that “It is him, his step father and grandmother’s daughter who is not creative.”
His response sparked some controversy on the tweet with others saying Prodigal is better than him.
Desmond Blackmore, popularly called D-Black is not known for much controversy in the music industry.
However his response shows that he wouldn’t condone anything or comments that seek to look down on his career or personality.
Some months ago, he admitted on the Delay Show that he is not lyrically good as compared with Sarkodie.
Therefore, he wouldn’t want to compare himself with him and other musicians who are good in lyrics.
On that show, D-Black also said his main aim is to entertain his fans through any music he feels is good.
His smash hit, Vera was the talk of the town when it was released about five years ago.
He has also featured in songs of Sakordie, Castro and others.
Notably amongst the songs is Castro’s 'Seihor'.
