Member of sensational hip life music trio VVIP, Reggie Rockstone known as the hip life Grand papa in Ghana has warmed up social media with his valuable lesson on humility in latest video.
The veteran musician was captured in a video washing some dishes after patrons had left his pub after a midweek program which was dubbed “Aftawerk”.
In the video, the rapper used his exercise which was caught on camera to preach about humility. The person recording the video expressed shock to see the CEO doing a job such as cleaning.
In response, Reggie Rockstone indicated that he had done many jobs in his life and he saw what he was doing as a way of helping the staff to wrap up the day’s activities.
He recounted that in his youthful days, he used to work at the world renowned restaurant, McDonalds. He said a man did not need to forget to be humble no matter the height he has attained in life.
He took to his Instagram account with the video and captioned it, “AFTERWERK WE WERK @aftawerk BIG UP ALL! GOOD FOOD, GOOD PEOPLE AND GREAT VIBES! WE ARE OPEN ERR DAY FROM SIX TILL BRONYA DONE! SEE YA".
In yet another video of him that was posted on social media, the musician had this to say, “GREAT NIGHT! WE OPEN ERR DAY FROM SIX @aftawerk SCHOOLING MY YOUNG BROTHER @djshiwaawa ABOUT HUMILITY SEE YOU ALL AGAIN TOMORROW SAME TIME! BIG UP THE NU CHEF! DEY ATE ERR THING AND MORE”.
Reggie Rockstone is touted by many musicians and the general public as the originator of hip life music in Ghana hence his nickname, “The Hip life Grand Papa”.
