Ghanaians are being assured not to expect paying more for petrol this Christmas

- Ghanaians are being assured of a stable price of petrol this Christmas

The cost of petrol is expected to remain the same or maybe go down this festive season. This projection is according to the Institute of Energy Security (IES) which believes that petrol prices are doing very good across the world.

A statement signed by the head of research the institute, Richmond Rockson further states that the good performance of the Cedi against the dollar is also causing the price of crude to be stable.

What this means for the ordinary Ghanaian is that they will not be a possible increase in transportation fares this Christmas which will also mean that the price of goods and service this holiday season will be relatively stable.
