The late broadcaster, Kwadwo Asare Baffour Acheampong (KABA) has finally been been laid to rest at the Osu Cemetery in Accra.
The burial took place shortly after a service led by the Gethsemane Methodist Church, Mamprobi-Accra.
Among the many who attended the burial service to pay their last respects was the Second Lady, Samira Bawumia.
And she was not the only top political figure who attended the ceremony as the topmost political parties in the country were heavily represented.
The ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) had its acting Chairman, Freddie Blay, acting General Secretary, John Boadu and Ministers of State including Albert Kan Dapaah and Dan Botwe.
The main opposition ,National Democratic Congress (NDC) had its General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, his Deputy, Kofi Adams, and former Ministers of State, Mrs Betty Mould Iddrissu Dr Omane Boamah, among others attending.
The Convention People's Party was also ably represented by its 2016 flagbearer, Ivor Greenstreet.
KABA, host of Asempa FM's political talkshow, Ekosii Sen passed He passed away on Saturday 18th November 2017, after being rushed to the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital following a short illness.
For a 37-year-old, he commands a lot of respect across political divides as he has been described as an impartial journalist.
It is therefore not surprising that his funeral brought together many top politicians across the political divide at the same venue.
