A thanksgiving service has been held in honour of the late Asemp FM journalist, Kwadwo Asare Baffuor Acheampong (KABA), at the Gethsemane Methodist Church in Mamprobi-Accra.

The service was characterized by songs to encourage the bereaved family especially the widow, Valentina Acheampong and mother, Felicia Amoah Ampeyin.

Some colleagues of the late broadcaster from different business units at the Multimedia Group were also at the service to pay their last respect.

KABA was laid to rest yesterday at the Osu cemetery

The 37-year-old broadcast journalist passed away after he was rushed to the Korle-Bu teaching hospital for an emergency care.

However, he was pronounced dead on early hours of Saturday, November 18, 2017.
