President Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo has blamed the Mahama-led administration for the current state of the economy.
In a report by mynewsgh.com, the president stated that the state of the economy they inherited on 7th December 2017 was not in the best of shapes.
He made this revelation during the Extraordinary Delegates Conference held on Sunday 17th December 2017 in the Ashanti region.
President Akufo-Addo gave the assurance that, together with his team, things would turn around soon.
This, he explained, was because necessary measures are being put in place to ensure that the policies and programmes are implemented for the benefit of all.
He added that job would be created for the masses if everything falls into place.
The president asserted that the government is fully aware of the anxiety of Ghanaians, especially those at the grassroots level and members of the vigilante groups, with respect to jobs.
He stated that their worries would be a thing of the past, as soon as the necessary structures are implemented.
