Others, however, managed to avoid all the bad reasons for which one could become popular.
YEN.com.gh brings you 5 Ghanaian celebrities who managed to keep a low profile this year.
1. Kwaw Kese
His tagline is “Abodam”, meaning “madness”. Unarguably one of Ghana’s most popular music artistes, little of him was heard in 2017.
He nonetheless featured his younger brother, BUDA, on his single, “Odo Adadaame ”.
2. Majid Michel
The actor turned man-of-God has been in the good books of Ghanaians for the year 2017.
It appears as if (almost) all that was heard of him was good.
3. Van Vicker
In the year 2017, he celebrated his 14th wedding anniversary.
He is reported to have visited Liberia to offer support with respect to the Ebola attack in the country this year.
Little was heard of the “Makola Kwakwe” hit maker this year. It is a sharp contrast to his nature some years ago.
5. Nadia Buari
Nadia Buari was the talk of town when the mystery surrounding the father of her twins came into the public domain.
All that we have heard and seen of this year has been beautiful pictures and videos she mesmerized us with.
