According to Counselor Lutterodt, negligence on the part of some parents have rendered a lot of young kids indiscipline and promiscuous in the Ghanaian society.

Speaking on Accra-based Atinka FM, George Lutterodt insisted that many wives have neglected their core marriage duties of bringing up a child, and are now jostling with men for equality.

“Parenting nowadays has turned into zoo keeping and poultry farming. Moral training which is supposed to be part of children’s upbringing has been neglected and wards have been left to go wayward,” he said.

He added that, this behavior has left many children with no option than to resort to peers for morals which ends them being promiscuous.

Few days ago, a video featuring some seven teenage boys went viral after they were spotted allegedly gang raping a helpless girl who was pinned to the floor.

The video provoked huge outrage with many calling for immediate arrest of the teenage boys captured in the video.

The Ashanti Regional Police Command which acted accordingly have so far arrested four of the boys pending further investigations.

The police on press briefing on Tuesday said three more of the suspects have been identified and are yet to be arrested.
