Abrokwa stole the belongings of my ‘blanket’ man; my $2,000, £500 - Afia Schwar amends charges against ‘ex-husband’

Popular Ghanaian female comedian and media personality, Afia Schwarzenegger, is making fresh charges against her ‘ex-husband’ Lawrence Abrokwa.

Afia, who is currently battling out with her estranged husband in court has amended the charges which she had already sent to the court.

She is now accusing Abrokwa of stealing the belongings of her ‘blanket’ man, that is the man she was caught in bed with.

In addition to that, Afia is also accusing Abrokwa of stealing various amounts to the tune of $2,000 and £500 from her.

These new charges is taking the legal battle between the two to a new level.

Afia Schwazenegger, born Valentina Agyeiwaa and Lawrence Abrokwa ended up in court after their less than a year-old- marriage went sour.

The sour marriage was seemingly being kept secret until Abrokwa committed a ‘crime’ by filming Afia with another man in her privacy and afterwards leaking the video to the public.

Consequently, Abrokwa was arrested and arraigned before an Accra Circuit Court.

He was slapped with five charges including two counts of domestic violence, threat to harm, assault and publication of obscene material.

But he pleaded not guilty to all the charges

Although the charges have been amended, Lawrence Abrokwa is to be on his old bail term of GH¢20,000 with three sureties, according to a Daily Guide report.

Meanwhile, the case will be revisited in January 6 next year.
