In a report by Ghanacelebrities.com, he is alleged to have gone ahead to chastise the members of Parliament who approved the budget.

According to an allegedly leaked budget circulating on social media, the ministry intended to build a website at a cost of GHc800,000.

The budget, which was leaked, after its approval by parliament, sparked a debate among a cross-section of Ghanaians.

The ministry later released a statement, claiming there were typographical errors in the budget.
