Former First Couple wish Ghanaians well during festive season with heartwarming prayer

Ex-president John Dramani Mahama and former First Lady of Ghana, Lordina Mahama have sent warm wishes and heart touching prayer to all Ghanaians on the occasion of the Christmas festivities.

In an Instagram post on his wall, the former president joined in with the millions of Ghanaians to wish all Ghanaians a happy holiday as he captioned his post, “Warm Greetings and best wishes. May the season bring hope, comfort and joy. And we pray for good health and wisdom, nderstanding and peace in the coming year.

It was signed, John and Lordina Dramani Mahama; who are the immediate former first couple of the Republic of Ghana.

John Dramani Mahama after leaving office in January this year as president of the country has been involved in a lot of activities. He has led two separate delegations to monitor elections in some African countries.

Former President John Dramani Mahama has been touted as the best candidate to face off with sitting president Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in the next General Election which is slated for December 2020.

Since leaving office, the former president has been engaged in a number of diplomatic assignments in other African countries. He has also started heavily criticizing the government of New Patriotic Party’s Akufo-Addo over recent allegations that suggest corruption.

He also talked about the NPP’s flagship Free Senior High School Education Policy which he has vehemently criticized over its implementation.
