- Kwame Sefa Kayi has revealed his best minister under the Akuffo Addo administration
- He's stated that when it comes to politics, Ghanaians tend to be very petty
- He also said the defense minters should not have publicly spoken concerning former president Mahama's alleged sale of military property
Celebrated Ghanaian journalist, Kwame Sefa Kayi, has named who according to him are the best performing ministers in the Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo led government administration.
One year into President Nana Akuffo Addo's presidency, many prominent and popular Ghanaian individuals have given their opinion as to his administration's performance as a government, and individual minister's performance.
According to a report by Ghanaweb.com, Kwame Sefa Kayi, a veteran broadcast journalist who is very respected in the media industry, has also revealed which minister in the Akuffo Addo administration stood out due to his performance.
"My favourite, who has been my favourite minister? I think Peter Amewu has done well,” said the award winning journalist.
As the current government's Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, Hon. John Peter Amewu has been at the forefront of government's fight against illegal small scale mining, locally known as galamsey.
On the other hand, asked who he thought is the worst performing minister, he failed to give a definitive answer.
He only referred to the incident where the current defense minister and Member of Parliament (MP) for Bimbilla constituency in the Northern Region, Hon. Dominic Nitiwul spoke about former president John Mahama's alleged sale of land that belonged to the military.

Kwame Sefa Kayi went on to dismiss rumors that he had been offered a governmental position in the current administration, expressing that such rumors weren't true.
Probed further as to who was his favorite president, and Kwame Sefa Kayi withheld his opinion saying that it could be misconstrued.
"We are not truthful people in this country, we are too petty when it comes to politics. I remember when I campaigned for Mahama to become vice president, running mate to Atta Mills and I did the same for Bawumia. The flak? It will take us a while to get there” he observed.
