Christmas Day was celebrated all over the world, with lots of feasts and merry-making with friends and family.
In Ghana, the sounds of fireworks or ‘knockouts’ filled neighborhoods and some loud music could heard from homes that had families come together to eat, drink and be happy on the festive day.
However some of Ghana’s favorite stars chose to celebrate the day differently; by giving back to the needy in the society, who didn’t have the means to have a festive feast themselves.
Actresses Yvonne Okoro and Luckie Lawson, along with Roseline Okoro and other friends, spent their Christmas Day delivering meals and gifts of provisions and clothing to 100 street children in Accra.
Actor John Dumelo, on Christmas Day, brought his festive cheer to some widows, with gifts and love.
Award-winning broadcaster Nana Aba Anamoah, with lawyer and media personality, Sandra Ankobiah, and some friends trooped to some police stations to share their festive love with them.
They met and interacted with some police officers and went along with some delicious meals to cheer the officers as they worked tirelessly on the holiday.
Other celebs posted thoughtful words to their fans, like Zynnell Zuh’s cheery message to her fans with this very lovely photo.
