Video of military men preparing python as a meal causes stir on social media

A video of some Ghanaian military men roasting a python in a bush somewhere for a meal is causing a stir on social media.

In the video which is getting very popular on social media, the soldiers are seen around a make shift fire place with the big snake being put on the fire.

While one of them held parts of the snake over the fire, another is seen sitting down and scraping the other parts which had already felt the fire.

The identity of the soldiers are not known but we know they are Ghanaians because they were chatting excitingly in impeccable Twi.

Immediately, the video appeared online, it created a debate on social media.

While some thought the video was gross, others who seem to like the snake meat gave them thumbs up. There were others too who felt they should concentrate on the core mandate of ensuring security in the country and stop engaging such trivialities.
